I want to buy a FunPass, checked the accepted payments and by all information given I should be able to use a regular visa debit card in order to do this? Yet when I go to the continue button I am told that they "could not authorize this payment method". I went to the chat support but they just told me that I needed a credit card or visa debit card etc etc, we all know the spiel, and upon asking for better information unfortunately they were unable to help me due to not discussing cards etc via the chat system.

I've checked out Gamehouse, and from what I've seen, I really like it, I want to be able to play and buy games, please don't make me stop before I get started?

Has anyone found a way around that message or would I have to get a credit card in order to be able to use GH effectively.

It's not a mastercard debit.. it's a visa debit and for some reason Gamehouse doesn't seem to want to authorise from that.

I don't really want to get a credit card just for playing this kind of game... but I like using the one bank account only. I don't get myself mixed up.


Was this issue ever resolved?
