Thanks for looking into this Bill! I see that my points have been updated and I thnak you for that as well. I did respond to the latest email reply from Customer Service explaining that I did try using Google Chrome and the results that occurred and now their suggestion is that I try Firefox. I'm not trying to be difficult but I'm not going to run the gambit of browsers available out there until I find the one that works on any given day. I've been keeping track of what games I've downloaded on what dates as well as the approximate time of day the downloads occurred. Do you want those listed here or do you want a email with the list? For instances, today (4/6/12) I downloaded Natural Threat - Ominous Shores at approx. 6:46 EDT using Internet Explorer and nothing changed. I remain at 10,525/11,150.

I know the point levels and coins and badges are not something GH has to do but GH started the rewards program and I think they need to either fix this issue or abandon the rewards program altogether. Please - won't SOMEONE address this?

I've used the same browser since I became a GH FunPass subscriber in 2010 and this is the first time that I've encountered this situation since the rewards program was started. Just telling me to try another browser is unacceptable. Tell me why I need to do this! I keep reading posts about error reports people have been getting since GH updated one of their systems and the problem I'm having started at roughly the same time. I do not believe this is a coincidence. GH needs to dig a little deeper to solve this.

Well it happened again - or not depending on your point of view. On 3/27/12 at approx. 17:52 EDT I downloaded Aaron Crane - Paintings Come Alive and no points were added. It should have taken me to Level 26 but when I signed in this morning I'm still at 10,375/10,400 Level 25. I did report it by email to Customer Service and received ticket #120328-000055. Please fix this problem which has only reared its ugly head within the past 2 weeks.

I have used some of my coins to purchase several games from GH. I do see that the Amazon gift cards are occasionally unavailable but in a day or two they're back. So far I am very pleased with the service on GH and the rewards program appears to be working just fine. Platinum games are issued by the publishers to make money so if you want all the bells and whistles it's reasonable to expect to have to pay for them. Most of the games on GH are well worth the room they take up and far outweigh the "junky" games that I've played. I've found it very helpful to actually look at games that reviewers have recommended and found some jewels among them some of which I've used my coins to purchase.

Based on what I've read here, a full 24 hours must pass before you can sign in to get the daily sign in reward. I try to sign in at the same time everyday but that doesn't always work out. That being said, it would be nice if there was someplace on the site to go and check when my last sign in time was. And I agree with other players who said that it should be date oriented rather than time oriented.

I am having the same issue with the voice cylinder and I purchased the game as well. However, before I purchased it (playing on a FunPass account), when I would quit the game and then try to go back into it later in the day it would seem as if it was loading but nothing happened. I'd click on it several times and still it would not load. I discovered that some file was still "open" in the game and the only way to re-enter the game successfully was to restart my PC (at which point this "open" file was shown as not responding and I was asked if I wanted to end the program). Since I purchased it this problem has not reoccurred. I hope the designer fixes this glitch soon. I am SO into this game right now that everything else I need to do has taken a back seat!

Rocketgirl321...At the top of your page you should see a Toolbar. Click on the TOOLS option and on the drop down menu select Internet Options. Once you select that you shoudl see another option called BROWSING HISTORY. Select that option and it will remove the cookies from your register. Hope this helps.
