I had to cancel GH a couple of days ago really urgently and before they'd deduct a further membership fee from my card. At that time I had either three or even four games credits. They seem to have disappeared even though I can log into my account no problem. When I just tried to redeem one, it offered me a new membership. Anyone here with any idea as to why this is? I have bought these credits and they have charged me for them. I'd like to redeem them when I decide to so, they should not disappear or perhaps even expire, disregarding me having to cancel my membership for a while or not. Can anyone help, please?

I agree with mooma that people will walk away if they can't have a good time apart from playing. When I looked aroung for a a new games portal one of my main criteria, apart from value for money, actually was the forum. Where I don't agree with you, mooma, is that GH may be doing so well on sales that they don't need one. To me the promises of revamping the forum and then not doing it, gives me the indication that they may not be doing so well. After all, a well-designed and run forum doesn't come cheap. I think it would increase the bandwith, also you'd need manpower (well trained and motivated moderators) 24/7. But it my honest opinion it would be a good investment for GH to become more competitive on the market and eventually the leader.

I'll try Hexalot out, but it sounds very logic and my brain just won't work very logic, no matter what I try, but I will give it a go.
@ kujo, you're right, this one is as close as you can get to the other one, but here I found better offers, like the ones decribed in my above. I never came across anywhere where I could buy 6 games for just over $10 and I'm still looking around and keep finding more gems.

Correct, the problem is that you don't have the Collector's Edition. They are absolutely worth their money and it is a shame that GH doesn't offer them.

I agree, it would be nice if they had a feature on them that doesn't put through you the paces of something you already know. For that reason I never bought it.
