Your real arcade games are still installed on your computer. you can find them in the start menu under "games". and you can play them from http://www.gamehouse.com/myrealarcadegames

My FunTicket credits show in the upper left of the home page when I'm logged in. Maybe Gamepass credits are not shown?

I can't imagine that's by design. I'd try clearing your browser's cookies and signing in again just to be sure.

What happened to your purchased games are yours forever. Do I get credit for Hidden Expedition Titanic, Gold Miner Vegas and MCF Prime Suspects? With Realarcade they deleted my game Mystery Case Files Huntsville and I could no longer download this purchased game, I think it had to do with license games MCF. How do I get compensation for these "no longer available games"?

Just call up customer service. Or email them. They will replace your lost games.

When you install the game it should automatically create a shortcut for you as part of the install. otherwise you have to find the game file and crate a shortcut yourself.

you can do this by going to C:\program files\gamehouse\<name of the game>\

then find the file that launches the game (i.e. gamename.exe) and right click on it. select "create shortcut" then you'll have a shortcut in that folder. You can then click and drag that onto your desktop or where ever you need to access that game from.

If you click on Profile at the top in the MyGamehouse section and sign in, you will see an option for "Download History" which will show the games you've purchased.

If you're trying to reduce clutter in general you can create a folder in your desktop (just right click anywhere empty and select "Create New Folder") and drag all the game icons into that new folder so that they're all in one place. You can just open the folder and run them from there.

nope. You should be able to play the trial without subscribing or a purchase. More likely you have a technical issue with the game or your PC that is keeping you form playing the game.

have you tried contacting tech support? what's the error? maybe I can help figure it out. also I know some Gamehouse people are lurking around these forums.

When it shut down on you, did you get an error message?

That message sounds like the Monitor is unplugged from the PC. Does that only happen when you play Magic Ball?

Usually something like that comes up when the game you're playing is trying to display a graphic that your monitor or video card can't handle. Might be a good idea to make sure those drivers are updated as well as directx.
