I've frequently had this problem as well. I'm resigned to the fact that Gamehouse won't fix this anytime soon, and that many coins/points are permanently lost.

Is anyone else having trouble with stats being inaccurate? It's not correctly registering the regions or locations unlocked, or many of the other game stats. Though I've solved a number of hidden cage and double board puzzles, it shows that I haven't solved any.

It seems to be the status quo lately to not get points or coins. I didn't get mine today, either.

How would you be able to even prove it, short of having a screen shot of every single day?

By downloading the free game every day. They saw that a game was downloaded that day, yet didn't sign in. Since I'm always downloading the "Tomorrow's Free Game," I have to be signed in to download it, yet the streak has been broken, even when they acknowledge that the download proves I was signed in.

GH is usually good about crediting the Coins. But, they tell me that they don't know how to credit the points. How can that be? Don't they do their own programming. Aren't there "mysterious" IT guys in the background that make hundreds of thousands of dollars with at least a BA from some university for maintaining these type of programs?

Judycide
They may be good at crediting coins, but if you are working on the 100 streak, they don't know how to credit the streak to keep it alive. Even if you can prove that you're streak SHOULD still be alive, you're screwed and have to start the 100 streak from the beginning. This has happened to me twice.

So, I figured I would download today's Free Game, "Miriel's Enchanted Mystery" for the 10 Coins and 50 Points. But, Nothing happened. I received the game, but no Coins and No Points. I hope you can fix this like you said you would last week to everyone else who was missing their Coins and Points.

I should have 36,590 Coins.
I should have 8,825 Points.

By the way, GameHouse, you still have NOT credited me the 10 Coins or 50 Points for the downloading of "Woodville Chronicles" on December 11, 2011.

Judycide

Same thing happened to me today. No points or coins for sign in or download.

It's a choice you make when you buy a Mac. There are a whole lot of games and other programs that don't work on a Mac. If the free games are really important to you, take that into account when you purchase your next computer.

However, I was told in no uncertain terms that, even if I can prove that I logged in , if the login didn't register, there was no way to fix it, and the 100 game streak would reset with no recourse. You say you keep track, yet that doesn't seem to really mean much sometimes.

I know how you feel. I keep trying to get the 100 days badge, but when Gamehouse screws up, they just say that they can't fix the login streak, so I'll never get that badge through no fault of my own. I logged in yesterday to redeem coins, but it didn't count toward my streak. Now, I have to start back at day one of 100 ... again! This really sucks.

First, I haven't played these Slingo games before, so I don't have anything to compare it with. But it seems to run fine. No lags that I can detect.

What's the object of this game? I've played about 10 levels and once I got the whole board and the rest of the time the game would be over when there were still a couple numbers up there. Is it just keep spinning, and does it make a difference how fast you find the number matches?

You get bonus points for fast matches.

I made it to the end of the game, and I didn't have any lags. Do you have a lot of programs running in the background?

I have a wide screen with resolution of 1920x1080. When playing some games in full screen, the sides are blacked out, but the cursor will not go all the way to the left of the playing field. If I go to windowed mode, it won't go all the way to the bottom. If an object I need to click on is in the very lower left of the game, it's impossible to get at, period. I really hate having to constantly switch between full screen and windowed mode, only to lose the ability to play if I need to click on the lower left. It's happening with more and more games. Changing the screen resolution only puts much of the game off of the screen entirely. I may have to stop buying games, since I can't play too many of them.

My GH toolbar keeps asking me to sign in, but when I try, nothing happens. I get a screen to log in, but it never actually logs me in. I don't have Facebook. I won't be bullied into getting Facebook by anyone. Does this mean I can no longer get coins and badges?

It's up and working now, but it says I can't uncheck full screen because my screen resolution is set below 1050x800. It's actually set at 1920x1080 Why doesn't it know that my resolution is high enough to window it?

Hours? Seriously? What is your connection and processor speed? It never takes more than a few minutes for me for even the largest games. If your fastest download times are still measured in hours, you need to consider upgrading your connection and/or computer. They should never take hours to download.

I'm in the USA, and they've been out of stock for me as well. It's quite disappointing.

Well, I've totally given up on the whole sign in thing. I have serious doubts that this will ever be fixed. I'll never get to the 100 consecutive sign ins because the whole thing is too screwed up. The points don't show up half the time. I give up.

I think ManiacalZebra made it clear: If you don't want to see the ads, you may BUY the game if you choose. I suppose the "buy" button is there to give people that option. False advertising? How silly. The free game doesn't have anything to do with your membership. You can play it as long as you want; it's supported by the ads.

Exactly. Once a game is downloaded, it's yours. Period. The difference between free and buying is ads. If you stay with the free game, you will have to deal with the ads. If you don't want the ads, you can buy it, if you wish. You are under NO obligation to buy a free game. It's your choice as to whether you will put up with the ads or not.

This afternoon I reviewed the issue with one of my colleagues on our Technical Team, as it appears that the experience may vary according to the browser used. It appears that some customers are staying signed in but their Daily Sign-In isn't being recorded unless they log off the site and log back in. I hope to have more information to share with everyone tomorrow. Stay tuned!

Thanks again for your feedback.

Best regards,
Bill

I'm one of those who the site says stays logged in, but it doesn't always show that I visited the site. Even with a download of a game, it doesn't recognize that I've signed in. I'm using Firefox.

If you want to keep playing the free game with ads, you don't need to register, ever. If you buy it to get rid of the ads, you have to register. It's not difficult. Free ->just play. Buy->register.

You can't register a game until after you've purchased it (eliminating ads). If you don't pay for it, it remains free (with ads) doesn't require registering.

Thanks. I finally got "a" credit, but went from day 4 to day 1.

Update: Is it working yet? I've signed in several times today, but still don't have credit for today. I guess I'm going back to day 1 all over again.

Is this change tomorrow why I'm not getting credit today for signing in multiple times after my 7:16am yesterday login? It's now 36 hours since the toolbar says I last logged in, and I'm not getting credit for today, even though I've logged in multiple times today trying to get the credit.

Just a quick update on the timing of the Daily Sign-In Bonus streak: I understand that our Development Team is working on an update to the program that will track the daily sign-in streak based upon a set 24-hour period.

When the change is implemented the 'clock' will be set to Pacific Time and I'll post details as to when that 'day' begins. I'll also provide some examples of when that 'day' begins in other time zones around the world.

I'll keep you up-to-date of progress in this thread. Meanwhile I wish you all a great weekend!

Cheers,
Bill

So glad to hear it! It won't matter in the long run what time the day starts. As long as people sign in every day of the week, the streak will continue without having to calculate what time they need to be on.

I'm with you. It seems like all of the games are either hidden object or match 3. I'm so tired of both. We need more variety in the types of games available. My GamePass credits are piling up because I'm not going to buy games that are nearly the same as all of the others.

My flat panel is actually my 24" TV. I just had to buy a VGA cable to hook them up. It cost me a lot less than buying them separately after the digital switch that made my old TV more nuisance than anything.

The 24 hour clock thing is messing me up, too. It's actually making it take me longer to complete a streak because I sign in at different times of the day, so it can be nearly two day between sign ins, but the 24 hour clock will only see it as one. If a person signs in every 36 hours, it can take 7.5 days to complete a 5 day streak. For someone going for the 100 day badge, it could take 150 actual days to get it. It would be much better to base the sign in on the calender day rather on a clock, so people don't have to time their logins perfectly.
