I love gamehouse! I've been with them for a couple of years. The problem I have now is that I am unable to play ANY of the new games. When tech phone support says "yes, we have a problem we need to fix on our end" should it really take now going on day number five with no feedback and no resolution? My emails get the standard "bot" response of please list the name of the game, the error message, and what happens when you try to play it. All of those items have been addressed in the email they are responding too. And several of us are posting on the forums, through email, and calling and getting no answers. How long do we keep paying for a service we can't use? A week A month?
