What they're referring to there is the tab at the top of the page that says "My GameHouse". Click there, then you'll be taken to another page. That page will have another header right below the row that had "My GameHouse" on it. You'll see a link on the very left of this that says "My Games", then next to that "My Profile"

Hi all...just thought I'd pop in real quick and clarify about the two credits issue. In order to be eligible for the two credits per month you had to have been a member of RealArcade who moved over in this process.

Kumalouise it sounds like you should definitely have been eligible. I know there is a known issue surrounding the distribution of the game credits that is currently being ironed out. I would check the radio button like was suggested and if that doesn't work then I would submit a ticket on our support form. Whatever the reason for it not appearing, it is definitely something that our support team can take care of for you.

Sorry to hear that you aren't happy with this combination. You actually do not have to be a member to take advantage of the free game of the day. And you absolutely shouldn't have to re-download your game every time you want to play it. It sounds like you may be experiencing some technical difficulties. That is not a normal experience. I would highly urge you to submit a support ticket and let them get it fixed for you. I hope that you can get this all straightened out and your experience is once again a positive one!

Sometimes like x2wolverine mentioned it is a cache issue, but if that doesn't rectify the situation just check back later. The new game of the day doesn't always get updated right away.

Hi there So, your games will come over in the process once the change has been made. When it is made and you go to log in to RealArcade for the first time it will walk you through the process which is quite simple actually. But at the end of all of that you will be on the GameHouse site. There will be an entire section in your account that is dedicated to your RealArcade games even if they are not downloaded on to your machine. In addition, there will be another section for your GameHouse games. Hope that helps clear things up. You do not need to go download all of your games....we've taken care of that for you

The $19.99 is only for Fun Pass which gives you access to the entire library. If you're looking for a more affordable option Fun Ticket is only $6.99 a month. This gives you one game per month, and all others can be purchased at 65% off the regular price. Also, if you would like you can sign up for Game Pass over at RealArcade which is $9.99 per month and once this change goes live you will get two games per month with the same ability to get the discount on additional purchased games.
