If you click on "My Profile" at the top of nearly every page, it links you to your profile. In the blue box to the right of your profile is a list of links. Click on the link "View billing history." Scroll to the very bottom of the page and you will see another link to "View your RealArcade billing history." That link sends you out of GameHouse and into Real.

There is a sign in page for you to enter your email address (I hope you remember it exactly) and for you to enter your password (again, I hope you remember it exactly). I had a bit of trouble remembering mine vs my husbands. I kept getting them mixed up!

By the way, if you can download the demo version from GameHouse of any of your games you got through RealArcade, you just need to Register them using the same email and password you used when you originally got the game. Then you will again have the full version of the game!

Some of the games will not Register, though, because they are no longer available through GameHouse. For instance CLUE Classic, CLUE(TM) Accusations and Alibis(TM), SCRABBLE, SCRABBLE PLUS and Trivial Pursuit(R) 90's Edition. I know because I had those games on my old computer ! I can't get them on my new computer and I miss them. Lol!

As for me, I would save all of my games to a folder and then to a briefcase and I would try to back them up on a FLASH drive, or just send them to someone elses (my daughter's ) computer via a USB cable or using Remote Desktop Connection. I'm not sure if the USB cable would work, though.

I have Windows 7 using IE9, Kaspersky Internet Security and DirectX 11. I have reset the browser many times, too. Please don't ask me to reset again . It's too difficult to remember all of those settings.

6. There is a place and time for everything and this is not the place or time for the 'Person' upstairs or downstairs. Do you really think 'He' has nothing better to do than to decide whether or not the Patriots are better than the Giants? Or, The Angels are better than the Red Sox? 9. I am also part American Indian (Cherokee), German and French. Growing up I endured my share of name calling to do with my German heritage. It doesn't seem to matter so much, now. I love rooting for the Washington R e d s k i n s football team, (spaced on purpose because my heritage is a bad word now ) even though they always seem to find a way to let their fans down.

10. I love playing the games from GameHouse because they don't preach at me, or call me names, or take my health care away, or make me choose life or death, or not have a choice at all, or make me vote in a way that I don't want to!

Nevertheless, I still would like to have the Points and the Coins that are due to me.

My Points total reads 8375 and should read 8425 after this game download. My Coins total reads 35765 and should read 35775 after this game download.

I first downloaded this game with IE8. It downloaded fine, but there were No Points and No Coins awarded. I then downloaded this game with Google Chrome. It again downloaded fine, but there were still No Points and No Coins awarded.

Hi Jason,

I am having the same problem that everyone else is having. It is 1:50 pm, and you said that the technical team had fixed this problem at 9:34 am.

After I signed in, my toolbar finally came up with 0 Points and the same amount of Coins as yesterday, 22465. Since it was my 1st day again I should have gotten 15 Coins. And you still need to fix my Points to read 4475 instead of 0, as I am still waiting for the 50 Points from the Free Game of the Day from October 4, 2011, "Jack of All Tribes" in which I had filled out the "Ask a question" report in the Help Section.

Now, I am going to try to get the Free Game of the Day. That should give me another 50 Points and 10 Coins. We'll see.

I have become worried that I will miss my Sign In time. I don't think that GH intended for their Rewards Program to be as nail biting as it has become.

Hopefully everyone else's Daily Sign In Streak Reward is going well!

I'm mostly using IE8 and checking with Google Chrome. I haven't had any real problems until yesterday.

For me it seems, as of yesterday, I have to Sign In after 24 hours have passed since my previous Daily Sign In time of 9:03 pm PDT. Before yesterday, I was also one of those who would stay Signed In.

I might still be Signed In right now, but GH doesn't show it because I haven't received my Daily Sign In Streak Reward for today at 7:58 pm Pacific Daylight Time, which is when I am uploading this post.

My current Sign In time is 9:04 pm PDT. So, at 9:04 pm PDT tonight, I will refresh the screen, Sign Out if I need to and then Sign In with IE8, or Sign In using Google Chrome.

I hope that is all I will have to do. I still would rather have the Daily Sign In Streak be the 12:01 am to 12:00 midnight like getting the Free Game of the Day is.

It appears that some customers are staying signed in but their Daily Sign-In isn't being recorded unless they log off the site and log back in. I hope to have more information to share with everyone tomorrow. Stay tuned!

I tried Signing In with both IE8 and Google Chrome. This did not work for me, but, I will keep trying things! So, please everyone, keep suggesting things to try!

I agree with you ManiacalZebra, but I timed it just right for today. I set my watch to 4 hours before my Sign-In time for yesterday, and I was only off by 1 minute! This is sure frustrating to say the least.

If you have downloaded the new GameHouse Toolbar, (you can locate it at the bottom of the "Games" page) it has all of your information stored there. When you click on the "Recent Activity" scroll icon, it shows the date and time that GameHouse has recorded your daily "Sign In Streak". Whenever I post a message, I "Print Screen" it and record the actual time from my computer. That is how I can see that the times have been wrong.

So, I'm okay with the 24 hour time format. I hope you decide whether you are going to be using the 12 hour format or the 24 hour format, not both. When I look back at my first 5 Day "Sign In Streak", it shows I signed in at 14:52pm. The next day when I signed in, it shows that I signed in at 7:42pm. In the 24 hour format, it would show 19:42pm.

Also, your 24 hour time period seems to mean an additional 23:59 hours. So, a total of 47:59 hours we could possibly wait until signing in the next time. Is this correct?
