Macintosh and Windows are different platforms. The file system differs from one another in every prospect and there is no way to convert them. In Windows the game gets installed in .exe format where as in Macintosh it gets installed in .dmg format. If you wish to play your purchased games in Macintosh then you have to buy them again. GameHouse doesn't give the option to exchange the purchased games.

Regarding the beta testing of games, we do not have that option in GameHouse. However, GameHouse offers a free trial of 60 minutes play for every game. Therefore, we suggest all the players to play the free trial before purchasing any games.

Before we proceed I would like to inform you that GameHouse games are not designed to work in any dual boot operating system. It may work or it may not work. Regarding the issue you’re facing with the gameInitiallizer.rgi , it can be fix by disabling the C installer from the your web browser. Follow the given below steps to do the same:
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Manage Add-ons.
3. Select ‘ all add-ons’ under Manage add-ons icon
4. Click the name of the add-on (CInstallerstate Obect).
5. click Disable, and then click OK.
6. Restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect and try downloading the game.

Outdated or corrupted sound and video drivers may also cause problems. Drivers do not interact directly with your game, but they work with DirectX, which acts as a translator from the hardware to your game. Please see the Updating DirectX topic for instructions to update your DirectX.
