Hi - I play these games daily but over the past month or so I have had nothing but problems especially with Uno Boost. Last week there were problems with Collapse Blast because the log into Facebook wouldn't work so you couldn't play it at all. Whenever I play Uno Boost I have to play several games because he "drops the cards" so you have to play all over again or it doesn't even load properly in the first place. Yesterday I had an update to Adobe Flashplayer and because I use IE9 I can't play either game now because the screen doesn't display correctly. It loads but you can only see part of the pictures and then when you click on it the picture disappears and tries to load again. I tried playing them both on Google Chrome - Collapse Blast is fine but Uno Boost again "drops the cards" and I've played at least a dozen times and he still keeps "dropping the cards". At least on IE I could try again until I got the win but now I can't play on IE at all because of the Flashplayer update.
Is this a known issue - is anybody else having these problems? Thanks

I agree with you Missgrouchy - I do everything that I can possibly do to try and fix the problem myself before posting to say there is an issue. I'd already done most of the things you suggested and I didn't do anything other than that and lo and behold after your reply it suddenly downloaded without any problem. There obviously was an issue with the game because I didn't have any problem downloading any other game that I tried at the same time

I managed to actually log-in on the day when it disapeared because I stayed up late and just after midnight the tool bar came back. I am presently on Day 153. I got my 100 Day Gamehouse Superstar Badge in October and received 600 coins but what is this surprise? I didn't receive anything else apart from the badge and the coins - are the coins the surprise because if they are it's not what I call a surprise.

Hi Bill - I purchased 2 games today and I received 2000 coins for each one but my points didn't change. I'm sure it came up on the screen to say I would get 2000 points? Is this corrrect - I could be wrong? If so then my points level should be well in front because I should have received 4000 points. I probably didn't receive my points for the other game I purchased since the rewards started. I have purchased 3 games and received my 3 game badge today. If I was to receive 2000 points each time then I am missing 6000 points and all the extra coins I would receive for going up a level. I have downloaded the free game of today Wisegal and have had no problems. I am using Windows 7 home and Internet Explorer 8 on both machines.

Hi Bill yesterday I got my 15 day streak and was given 250 coins but they weren't added to my coin total. I don't know how many were added maybe 50. Like Judycide above it makes me think that I didn't get the 250 coins for the 10 day streak because I didn't check the total. Is there anyway of checking this. Thanks

If you are duplicating the patterns on the board correctly each pillar will open up to reveal a torch. Start with the first pattern on the left - fill in the boxes that the pattern shows - I think the lights turn from yellow to blue. When all 4 pillars have opened pick up the torch in the bowl in the middle of the floor and light all 4 torches in the pillars. Hope this helps.
