Gamehouse Support Team--beyond the first call (ask for it)

Gamehouse support has been helping me with determination and purpose. It has taken quite a bit but they have been undauntingly working for a fix! I get calls and updates daily from the representative working on my case. I feel that the support department Is exemplary and should get kudos for their work. Known issues for customers coming from Real Arcade

After you exit the first time or hit the 60 minute limit, you cannot access it again!! Why am I beating my head against the wall with these people? Where can I find another Realarcade? Do any of you know another site?
