I am having trouble with this game. I had downloaded the premium edition to try it out and it worked fine, but when I went to d/l the non-premium edition, it wouldn't load after it had finished downloading. There is also an issue with my Gamehouse Game Manager - no games are showing, even though I know there should be two in there. I'm thinking that it might have something to do with my firewall settings as the game manager and the game icon has a shield with four colours in the bottom right hand corner. Can somebody please help me? I would really love to be able to resolve this frustrating issue.

Try looking at your parents' notes in the journal - there is a poem there. Read it carefully, it will tell you how to open the door

Thank you Pixelbunny! It was right at the beginning of the journal - and for those of my friends that are having trouble with this part of the game the order goes EARTH, AIR, FIRE, WATER.
