Once the loading bar stops, can you press Ctrl-Alt-Del to open the Windows Task Manager, then go to the "Performance" tab and tell me what is says under "Physical Memory (K)"? I'm wondering if you're running out of RAM. If that's the case then your computer may not meet the game requirements, or you may have too many other applications running when you try to play the game.
