I have had the same problem ever since this game came out. I spent an enormous amount of time on a live chat with a GH assistant, but we couldn't get the game to run. The screen would just go back to my wallpaper. When I tried logging back in, the game accused me of trying to run more than 1 copy of the game at the same time. Somehow the game is running in the background, although my Task Manager showed nothing.I think they finally decided it had something to do with the log in banner, but I don't think it has ever been resolved. Too bad, cuz I was able to play the trial and really loved the game. I've tried uninstalling/redownload bit numerous times, but to no avail.

I do think the Funpass has always been a good value, but lately I find myself playing a lot of old favorites instead of the new releases. I know this has been rehashed ad nauseum, but those Platinum releases really tick me off. By the time the premium or regular version is released, I've lost interest. Played the game with 3 different profiles and each time that I got the ornamental sword by solving the "scroll 36" puzzle, the sword was oriented backwards and so would not fit in the case in the god of war slot. The prompt kept telling me to check out scroll 36, which I already had solved. Am I missing something or is this a game glitch?

Raise the horse by using the ring on the chain on the ceiling (pan up - there's a chain to hook the ring up to) Proceed to the end of the hall, clear the hidden object scene at the stained glass window and you'll get a feather duster. I agree with corsair82 - the game is too slow and I found the interface to be totally annoying. I played for about an hour and then uninstalled the game.
