I am having the same issue and i really want to play this game. I have tried uninstalling the game and all files and reg settings and the game house installer. I rebooted my pc then did a fresh install and the same thing happens. I have no problem playing any other games

I have read the other post that an issues was fixed. But I can not play the game I paid for. Once I click on play the game crash. I have unistalled and reinstalled. I have updated everything on pc. I summited a ticket and e-mail responce was "You should expect a response from us within 24 hours". I want to play my game now not in 24 hours. This is the worst support!!!!!!
