Lagoona - get a life. honestly.

I have held off for quite awhile so that everyone can present their positions and they are all being carefully considered, trust me. Where I become concerned is the remarks about Lagoona who has done nothing but give advice about games and stated that she is OK with the site in general. Is she an employee of Gamehouse? Absolutely not...Do I wish she was an employee of Gamehouse? Absolutely! Please feel free to go to the forums of other sites and read the forums about these same games and then make up your mind.

(Re problem of MyKingdom3 not exiting/shutting down.)

I appreciate your replying here in the forums.

My Direct X is up-to-date. I'll try adjusting screen resolution & report back if that works.

This might sound silly but I was just wondering if when you are trying to exit you are clicking on the lower right icon with the running guy on the page that shows your progress through the game? And then clicking exit from the Main Menu? If you are could you let me know where it freezes? Thanks!

thanks GH for bringing it to us !

=BUT=

The game exit does not work for me.

Exit freezes the screen & the only way to shut down the game is via a task manager shut down:
msg = "game not responding".

OS = Win7U-64 bit, i-7, nvidia BFG GTX280 gpu, 24" ws monitor.

Any fixes ?

Hi Janie42!

I have a similar machine to yours except it's Vista 64 bit and the nvidia 260 and not having the same issue? My screen resolution is 1280x800 and we have found that sometimes something as simple as changing your resolution works wonders. Also, do you know which Direct X you have? With Win 7 it should be 11 but you might want to check. To check do this: Click Start -> Type dxdiag in the search bar and press enter.

Hope this helps!

What kind of internet connection do you have? The game is really big so if you have a slow connection that could be the problem or that when you tried to download it everyone else was also and our servers were overwhelmed. Please try again and let us know the results, thanks!

Did you find the puzzle box to the lower right of the front door to the house? It's inside the house where those 4 paintings are on the wall. That one gets missed by the best of us!

Yet another problem with a gamehouse game! Wonder if they read these forums?
Was really looking forward to this.
Im not even going to bother with support - they will just tell me its a problem with my system

This is Chuck from the QA department. Here's a few questions: How much ram does your computer have? What kind of graphics card do you have? I just downloaded it from the site and it worked fine so I'm thinking it was a corrupted download or not enough ram. Were you able to play Nightmare on the Pacific? That game was a monster as far as system requirements!

It's basically a memory game, You memorize the pictures then flip over two cards each to find matching pairs within the time limit. I managed to beat it a couple of times, there's no reward though. I don't really see the point of it.
The game is good, has a few bugs though. I found the campsite level rather annoying, whenever the people danced on the stage it was impossible to make a product, i had to wait for them to stop dancing.

The concentration game is purely an easter egg which is meant for fun. It is accessible in many areas of the game and I challenge you to find them all! As far as the people dancing, if you purchase the DJ that issue goes away...That's why we put things like that into the game!

There is a premium version that came out first with extra content and a walkthrough. I'm assuming they copied the walkthrough from that version hence why it referred to the sequel. The premium editions of games are more expensive but I think they are worth it because they are the same price as all games were a few years ago but are much better and have tons more content!

I usually don't say this but I have been playing it now (Thanksgiving!) and this game is awesome! The graphics are so intense that some players will not be able to play it but those that can are in for a triple AAA experience for a much cheaper thrill ride!

Once again, this is a game that is graphically intensive and it requires a computer that is a little newer. The vast majority aren't having any problems at all so it is not the game.

This game is fairly graphic intensive hence why parts of it look like a movie. I know it sounds like a standard answer but the first thing to do is to update your graphics drivers: http://www.howtoupdatedrivers.org/ If that doesn't do the trick it may be that your computer is just not capable of running the game. That is why I always advise people to try the trial version first to make sure it works well on their machine.

Any clues how to make it work?

Are you clicking on 3 fireflies in the lower right so the skip button becomes active? A good way to get as many fireflies is to back and forth from area to area and they will appear in different spots fairly generously!

If you quit out of the game using the menu the game will request that you enter a profile name before you exit. This creates a profile that will have your saved game associated with it.

I would uninstall and reinstall the game first off and try it again using FunPass. As your ram is a little low for the games these days make sure you're not running any other apps while playing. If it crashes again in the same spot try not logging in on FunPass and play the trial. With the amount of gameplay you've experienced you should be able to get pass the point that it is crashing and then you could continue on logged in to FunPass. If that still doesn't work I would contact support so they can get more detailed with you as I'm a bit hesitant to put my cell phone number up on a forum! : )

Hi there, I'm with the QA dept at Gamehouse and was wondering if you were playing the trial period or purchased the game? Also, how much ram do you have and what type of graphics card? We haven't heard from any other customers about this problem so any info you could provide would be great! I would also suggest contacting support to let them know of your issue, thanks!

I've found that if you just play the level over again you're good to go. Things like this happen with Flash games especially or so I've been told

If memory serves me correctly there are levels like 8 where you really need to pay attention to the color of the characters and putting them in the corresponding seats. This, plus giving the cotton candy to the appropriate groups should do the trick!
