Every time I get close to clearing any level, the game shuts down and says there is a problem. Why does this keep happening?

In the post office when the team is near to solving the mystery, the game won't allow me to pick up an object in the hidden object portion of the game that it insists I have to pick up before going on to the next level. Its hints say this is the object. For some reason the arrow turns into a blue hand and the game won't allow me to click on the power source to the construction light that is the last item in the hidden object list for this level. It is impossible to win the game when there is something wrong with the game. All I'm supposed to do is click on the object to say I found it, but the game doesn't recognize that I clicked on it about twenty times. I will be uninstalling this game, too, since no one ever answers my questions on these forums.

I'm stuck because the game says to use the inventory to open to cellar door. Well, all I've got that should work to open the cellar door is the mallet and the sword. I keep wanting to grab the axe from the suit of armor that is right there, since the mallet and the sword don't work, but the game doesn't allow for something as common sense as that. And, the pin was already used to unlock the warehouse door, so there isn't a pin to use on the lock again.

The solution doesn't make sense. It's obvious that the stones are supposed to go into the squares, but they won't go in. The number clue doesn't make sense and the solution someone posted doesn't make a lick of sense either. I want to go further with the game but I'm stuck.

Okay, I figured out the numbers, but I don't understand why only one opening in the middle where the stones obviously go even opens up. It doesn't seem to matter which stone I put there, because the game spits it back out. I've tried all three of them. It seems that the game makers decided to make something impossible to solve. I'm sure the rest of the game might even be fun, but if this one scene makes it impossible to get past, then I can't play. What fun is a puzzle game that is all together too hard to solve?

What am I supposed to click on so the police can reach the book by the window out back? Everything I click does nothing. The clue only shines around the book. Yeah, I know the police need to be able to reach the thing, but there is nothing obvious that will make it so someone can reach.

This game keeps stalling out. Then, it takes three years to reload. Anyone else with this problem? The game will go along just fine, then the next commercial stalls it out again. This stalling out issue is getting old fast.

Could you please explain why every time I almost meet the goal on this game it claims it is encountering a problem and wants to send a report to Microsoft? It also ended up corrupting my task manager behind this issue.

I can't seem to get past the first scene in the bar. How does one get the camera? I got the four batteries charged, but apparently they don't go to the camera, because the game keeps saying that the camera is digital. Right, but its the last clue on the list. Games with no solution are no fun.
