That was the #1 complaint on iWin's site when this game was released two weeks ago. Apparently iWin never bothered to fix it.

Thanks for uploading the game for us! Nice spin on the "Match 3" formula. And the price is definitely right!

I've tried downloading this game all morning, afternoon and evening and there is no file to download. Please be sure there's a file on you server before posting a link to it. This problem has happened before.

You can download the Free Game for tomorrow if you are a FunPass or FunTicket member.

If you select "New Games" at the top right of the Home page you'll see all the past games with the newest one listed first.

"Upcoming Games" is in the "Quick Links" panel at the lower left side. Unfortunately, there are only two games listed there and one has been sitting for several months. So I'm sure that could be remedied.

I'm also a FunPass member and had this problem when logging into "Amazing Adventures The Caribbean Secret". It would download the license and the screen would simply vanish. However, the game could still be run in the 60 minute trial mode.

I believe the problem has to do with authenticating on the Trymedia ActiveMark server. If for some reason the server thinks you are still playing a previous game it won't allow the new game to load.

Release a brand new game everyday like iWin & Big Fish. Many of the games here are recycled into "Bundled" editions. New titles on the weekends would provide people an incentive to check back more often.

I've restarted and played the game all the way from the beginning and I've noticed that the mouse cursor does not detect correctly on certain scenes after the game has been saved and loaded again. Also the "Custom Cursor" option defaults to "Off" and the "Auto Pause" defaults to "On"after loading a saved game. Gogii Games needs to patch this game fast. It's been out for over a month on another site now.

And one other small complaint: Gogii Games always start their stories with a child being separated from their parent? They really need to get out of this creative rut.

You are correct! I noticed on one dress-up screen you can not select the outfit on the very right unless you hover your cursor at the left edge. As for retrieving the file in the bar safe, I had to reload my game a few times before the mouse cursor detected the file. Very finicky game.

On Tue Aug 03 09:26:39 PDT 2010, Amadeus said:

I have the exact same problem. Sure hope they get a fix for it soon. This game has been out on Big Fish's webisite for one month. You would think Gogii Games would have patched it by now.

GameHouse is an excellent site and provides awesome customer service.

Compared with iWin where uLose.

Kim, Big Fish Game's acquisition of PlayFirst happened during the the release of "Diner Dash: Boom". All of the "Cake Mania" games are from Sandlot Games, not PlayFirst.

You could contact GameHouse to replace these titles you previously purchased. They may offer you a credit toward a new game. They have an excellent Customer Service department which you can call toll-free.

Big Fish Games recently acquired PlayFirst. So there could be a problem since GameHouse and Big Fish Games do not share their privately developed titles.

If you are a FunPass suscriber, you can try playing the "Free Trial" mode to see if the game works. If you try to play a second game (on another system) while one is already active, it will crash the first game. FunPass only allows for one game to be active at a time.

I've noticed that the majority of new titles offered here have already been on other game sites months before. GameHouse has been around a long time and should be the leader in offering these new titles. You won't sell as many games, when your customers have previously purchased them from other websites. It would be in your best interest to offer the newer current titles. And it would increase your members on "FunTicket" & "FunPass".

I'm a bit concerned since I have an annual FunPass which I paid for in advance.

Hi Bill,

I already have my preferences checked to receive emails.
But all I ever received was the FunPass welcome letter when I joined.
Is there any way you can help me?

Thank you

I have not experienced that problem. The manager only removes the games I select. Also I would not worry about your saved games since they go into a hidden directory. The only problem I've experienced is the manager not recognizing any of the Super Jigsaw games.

I have to agree with you on one point. Most of the games that they have has posted this past month have been older games and many of them for children. I recently signed up for their Annual FunPass and am now regretting it.
