What about if your game pass membership lapsed by accident? (The card I used to pay it was renewed, and I hadn't got around to telling RealArcade the new details, so they weren't able to take the payment due before the change over). Does this mean I will only be able to choose the funpass membership, and not go back to the cheaper Real Arcade gamepass, which I preferred?

Also, my one remaining game credit has disappeared... Why?!

I'm with everyone here. This has been an unbelievably unprofession switch... we were always told that if we were having problems with games we could re-download them from the site. How were we meant to keep back-up copies of games in any legal way? I've only had problems since the merger, and now some games just don't run properly (e.g. Garden defense seems to have lost all the users and therefore has started from scratch as though none of us have ever played it before), and others it tells me are no longer available. In some cases if I hit the "play your real arcade games here" link, I find playable versions on what seems to be the old Real Arcade pages... in which case what's the point of having the "My Games" list on Game House, where it tells me what games I have, and have purchased fully, but won't let me play them from the list? What a shambles.

Add my name to the disconted! I thoroughly enjoyed the ease and simplicity of Real Arcade, but this merging of the two services has been a disaster. Games that have been bought and paid for not available to play or inaccessible ion some way. My game credits as a game pass member have disappeared, and Game House/ Real Arcade do not seem to be acknowledging the level of problems people are clearly having.

Meri2806 makes an extremely good point when she asks why Real Arcade customers were not warned to make sure they had everything in place by a particular time and date to enable a smooth and seamless transition.

So where's the improvement we were promised? All can see is relative chaos.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE... I think you might lose a lot of regular customers, Real/ Game House. For such a well established company, I can't believe that you didn't test the transition far more thoroughly before going live.
