Welcome to GameHouse Community Forums!

If you are unable to find the games on your windows control panel, you may directly delete the games folder from your computer. Your games will be downloaded in the following location:

C:\GameHouse Games

Thanks for playing at GameHouse!

Yes but that way doesn't erase the savegame and other files created during the installation, nor does it erase all the shortcut icons and so on. I don't want my computer to be a dumpster...

Is there a clean way to do that?

Thanks!

Hello,

I have finished several games and I wanted to uninstall them to have place to buy new ones but they seem to have disappeared from the Windows uninstall software panel, and same thing for my anti-virus (360) with which I used to uninstall the games once I finished them. I tried CCleaner and even downloaded a new software called Revo uninstaller, but be it in normal mode or safe mode, none of these methods find the gamehouse games anymore.

Could you tell me how to remove them from my computer so I can buy new ones? I can't see any of the gamehouse games anywhere and I have a lot, about 50... I don't want to just erase the files in C:\GameHouse Games, it's too messy...:

Thank you!

Estelle

Hello again,

I tried to download the game again but it still fails at the end, saying the file D3DX9_33.DLL is missing. I have downloaded and installed two other Nancy Drew games (Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon and The Creature of Kapu Cave) right before that (same afternoon, same computer, no reboot) without any problem.

Could it be that this file is missing in the files to be downloaded? Could you please check? Thanks!

I have the same problem with the black screen, a a lot of pictures are missing (beds, tables...) so it is not possible to move those pieces of furniture once it is in the room... I hope it gets fixed soon. I redownloaded the game but the pictures are still missing, and the black screen is still there...

Still no news? So we bought one game for the price of a bundle, and that's that?

Well, I tried that but after a few emails they gave up on me so I still can't play this game...

Hello!

I have the same problem, and I have been trying to download this game (which I bought) several times since December, to no avail.

Could somebody help? Thanks!

Estelle

Edit at the end of the download it says that D3DX9_33.DLL is missing

Hello,

I have downloaded, unnstalled and redownloaded "Royal Envoy" several times over a few weeks, with Firefox, with IE, on the default page loging in and not loging in, from "redownload my games"... and I keep having an Internet Explorer Script Error poping up whenever I open the game. The trouble is that I cannot register the game as each time I click on "Register game" the error pops up... and since I have played the trial time already I cannot play anymore (I have downloaded, bought and registered several games before and after this one, all without any problems).

The error reads :

Internet Explorer Script error
An error has occurred in the script of this page
Line: 1
Char: 1
Error: Object expected
Code : 0
URL : http://www.gamehouse.com/offline/00b8f7a0/expiration.html?currenttime=2010/10/15@21:44:04(and it goes on for several lines)
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Yes and no have the same effect... ie nothing

Thank you for your help!
