Hello whiskers8,

Sorry for the experience. Please send an email to help@gamehouse.com for help with specific details on download, installation and/or registration of purchased games. Include a brief description, like you mentioned here to assist you better.

Thank you
Jason.

Hey, Jason, this seems like kind of a dumb thing to do, since I have the same problem. I've been having it every time for about two months (I'm a funpass member) only now I can't download any games at all. I've gone on the chat with someone there, who told me to turn off my anti-virus, use a different browser, reset my browser to the default (!) reboot in safe mode--none of which either worked or made any sense or was worth the hassle (redo all my favourites, my cashed pages, get real!)

So, I'm going to finish the one game I still have (jigsaw puzzles) and then I'm going to cancel my subscription until you guys fix this problem.

Jenn

The second thing may only affect me, I don't know. As I say I download in order of release date just so I won't miss anything. But playing games isn't my full time job, my part-time job, or even my genuine hobby. I'm on page nine of the hidden object genre, and I've been there for about a year. I have to go to page one, scroll down to get to page seven, scroll down again to get to page nine (and then do it all over again when I'm booted over to the help with downloading page once I've started downloading a game). This is frustrating as anything--and my hobby is politics so that should tell you I have a high frustration tolerance!

Hi. I thought I'd tell you about a few things that have bothered me for years.

When I download a game (and I pretty much download every game, in order of release date) I'd like to read the reviews while the game is loading. But when I download a game the 'page' switches to help for downloading the game. That's great, and if I'm having problems I expect I wouldn't want to search for this information, but instead of changing the page I'm on, could it not open a new, additional page? That's the first thing.

When I downloaded the game, my anti-virus software sent up an alert that there was a virus in the /wedding.exe file and in one of the other .exe files. I deleted the game immediately without logging into the game.

I wonder if anyone else is having virus (or anti-virus) problems?

Mortimer Becketts are great! (Although I'm having problems just now with this one.)

But I'm fairly sure Gamehouse already knows that. Still, please count my vote for more.
