It keeps freezing my computer

I have the disc (brought it from Game Stop-used brand new) and authentic from Real Arcade (box and all) and I can't seems to get any technical help with the game. I followed the directions witht he insert in the box,talked to support via chat session and they seem like they don't know what theire doing, I EVEN wanted to send a screen shot of the box,paperwork and all and they STILL wouldnt help me. Ive decided to dismiss Game House/Rea Arcade and never purchase or play anything they put out. I am so disappointed with your company.
