A few of our customers playing the French and German language versions of this game may notice error messages when launching the game for the first time or exiting the game.
In the case of a launch error the message is "mode not supported" when playing the game on a PC with the Intel 828xx chipset and MAG monitor. A reboot of the computer should resolve the issue and normal game play should be possible.
The exit error message was seen on a machine running the Japanese version of Windows 98. That message is copied below. NOTE: We have not seen recurrence of this issue. Any customers experiencing this error are asked to contact Customer Support via support@gamehouse.com
