how do i get the last boulder to break & where is it

I love Tropix, just started playing Tropix 2 The Quest for the Golden Banana. In Tropix 2, how do I buy new islands and get access to other mini games? So far I have Coco Bowl, Cascade, Pirates, IceCream Parlor, and Stone stack. How can I access the other games and islands? Also, in Tropix, there is a meter that shows how close an island is to being "complete", but I don't see anything like that in Tropix 2.
