I've downloaded this game twice now, and each time it hangs up at some point and has yet to remember my progress or my name for gameplay. I DL for trial, liked it, bought it, activated it, and it brought me back to ground zero. When I started at th beginning again, it gave me the first basket tutorial but no gems to collect -- and it hung up there. I uninstalled and tried again. Got through the first couple of levels and had to quit to go out of town. Came back and opened it and it had me back at ground zero again with no memory of my supposedly stored name or progress. Help!

Thank you Adam! My main problem is that I would like to get thru a certain level. I have tried an tried to get thru Level 11 Stage 2. I was looking for some tips, tricks, anything that could help explain this level a bit more, because I am lost, lol. TY

I'm also stuck on Level 11 Stage 2. I've tried and tried and also looked for tips at different game sites. I really don't want to give up, this game is awesome. Help.

I am stuck on Level 2. It seems to me that there are not enough spaces to fill in to get to the next level. Any help would be appreciated. I like the game.
