I could usse some tips and tricks!!! I have atempted to play this game twice afte contacting GameHouse support and have yet to complete a game. The game has malfunctioned each time I have played it during Chapter 9 when I have had to place the coat of arms onto the armor. I was enjoying this game up to this point. This game had glowing reviews. But now I question the integrity of reviews.

I am so glad to hear that someone else can't place the coat of arms on the armor - I thought I was going crazy! Does anyone have a solution for this?

I also am playing the Tudors but was able to place the coat of arms easily....I can't really remember a problem with it, other than did you have to get two pieces together first? Anyway, when you get past that, see if you run into trouble with the dimly lit courtyard where you try to find 13 beads. The 13th bead hint shows it to be on the dark front door, but after clicking everywhere on the door, I've given up. Anybody know what else I could do? Is the hint showing me the wrong place? Thanks for any help.

After I placed the two pieces of the coat of arms together, they went on the armor easily. I am in chapter 17 and trying to block the trap door. I can't figure it out. I would welcome some help.

I'm finding the same thing about the armor in chapter 9.

you have to go into the other room to trap the door. underneath the trap door. the room with the window with the red curtains, that has the backgammon game

once you've collected the two halfs of the coat of arms, go into the dining room with the lever. there should be armour between the outside wall and the brown door. place the coat of arms on the armour. a visor should appear and holding a note. he stands near the window. it's just a matter of taking the note from him

I love this era and this kind of game. But I find no directions, tutorial or hint button. Hey, I'm smart, but a little help on the basics would be appreciated. I hate having to find a separate walk-thru just to learn the game. Were instructions supposed to down load with it?

Wow - at least you guys got to chapter 9 - I'm stuck on the beginning of Chapter 2 where you have to put the broken pieces in the messed up room. Everything went fine until the last piece - looks like a gold key - and there is NO place to put it - I've downloaded and started over 3 times now and still get stuck at that point. Does the key thingy have to fit with something else before it will work. Hints are NOOOO help at all.
