This game is frustrating from the start. Usually you have to get farther into a game before it gets that way. There's no real instruction and the hints don't help. I can't even finish the first level. I can't find the wrench, all the puzzle pieces or the last handle. The numbers I have left in the number matching game are 7,1 and a triangle which may be a 0(?). I've tried every combination of the numbers in the thing on the tracks to open whatever needs to open. I hate hidden object games but this one looked interesting. They just give me a headache and with this one the headache started very quickly.

Same here cherryrose.I thought maybe it was just me lol. I don't think there are any hints.No instructions what so ever. I might go back later to try to finish the first level. Very aggrevating,I like hogs.

I am stuck in the same spot you are. I got annoyed and turned it off. If no one posts a solution, I'm just going to take it off my computer. It's ridiculous how little direction this game gives you, and I play HOG all the time so it's not like I'm a newbie at it.

The triangle is a 3, so the numbers you have left are 7, 1, and 3.

I can't find the last pipe. I've even peeked at a walkthrough and still can't find it! Help! This is so frustrating. The hint is no help in locating the pipe.

Thank you. The last pip is at the door that opens when you put in the code. Now I'm stuck again looking for more stuff.lol

I really hate having to click on the flies to build up hints. It's too time consuming and tedious.

The wrench etc are in the chest in Granny's room. To get the key to open it you have to complete the jigsaw, click the empty picture frame to to get the jigsaw, key drops at granny's feet.

Thanks I agree, building up the hints takes way too long and is a pain.

Hi 2002mom,

You can't skip the puzzles in this game. You have just to have a lot of patience with this game. Sometimes I just go out and close the game. Play an other time, with fresh eyes and I can solve it. It is not my favorite game and it takes a lot of time to advance, but who cares. I just play it now and then as a side game and advance gradually.

Hi 2002mom,

I assume, you are referring to the map puzzle. Solution path: The left side from 1st circle will be at the end Yellow and the right side from 2nd circle should be Red. The overlapping part of both circles will be Green.
You can only click at the left inside of the 1st circle and at the right inside of 2nd circle. Both circles only turn clock wise.
By clicking on the 1st circle you make a 1/2 turn, whilst clicking on the 2nd circle, it turns 1/4 .

Hope that helps a little bit.....

Thanks again Lagoona! I did find a walkthrough that helped me with the puzzle. The problem was, I had messed it up so badly by that time, I had to restart the game under a new profile to start over on the puzzle. This one won't get high ratings from me at all. While the game is fun, the cons out-weigh the pros, in my opinion.

As for those using hints to locate items, you not only have to refill with fire flies, but you also have to be on the correct screen for it to find the item for you. I did use it once, and it worked fine. The HO part is not near as difficult as some of the puzzles.

Stuck at water wheels to turn off fountain for key. Any help?

Hi Mantis, 1/2

THE MECHANICAL: it has a door situated on the very right hand side, just left beside the glass building. To shut off the water you have to place the valve wheels on the correct stems. Click and drag a valve wheel to one of the stems. When you have placed it correctly, the water indicators will turn from blue to black. When you have your pipes in front of you; you have 10 possibilities to place your valve wheels.

Hi Mantis, 2/2

We subdivide the view in 3 vertical parts . From top to bottom we have on the left side 4 possibilities; in the middle part there are 2 and on the right hand side 4 possibilities, where we can place the valves.
We start at the top left and we have to go down wards and see 4 positions to place valve wheels. Place two of them on the 2nd and 3rd position (at the top and bottom left side of the squarish closed pipe).
At the right side you have 4 positions from top to bottom. Place 3 valve wheels in position 2, 3 and 4 (under the right bottom water indicator. At one position to the left side of it and one just the next position up)

Hey Cherryrose, I'm here w/u! I've just spent my free 1 hr. trying to get what items i needed at the steps. I've come on here to c if i still wanted to buy this game b/c I thought it looked like it would be fun & a little challenging & I've been a member since May, 2008 & have never found a game I did not figure out or have any idea how to play but this one is a first! I feel like it would be such a better game if it at least gave u some kind of hint or instruction to get u started! I guess this one is one I do not know if I want to use a game credit to find out the game does not get any better! I'm also just glad I'm not an IDIOT?!
FRUSTRATING IS NOT THE ONLY WORD I WOULD USE BUT IT IS THE MOST 'G RATED' WORD I CAN USE AT THIS POINT! THANK U ALL OF U FOR HAVING THE SAME ISSUES I'M HAVING!

Hi Nice3525,

Did you clicked again on the open compartment after unscrewing it with the wrench? If yes the pipes should be now visible. I repeat as follows the location of all the pipes, just for your checklist, maybe your missing pipe is not in the compartment:

The pipes are located: One you can find at the SHOE: in the Furnace. Two are located in the COMPARTMENT, which you have unscrewed with the wrench. Go to the APARTMENT: to find an other one and in the Armoire is one hidden as well. You collect an other one in the Chest. On the ROOF: there are two of them.
