I HATE the new merge between the 2 companies!!!!!!! They offer you free games BUT you have to purchase a membership! I have to re download my games EVERYTIME I want to play them for some reason! This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I understand you are mad, you could at least explain what happens if you try to play a game. Are you saying your game becomes unregistered once you register it?

Oh and you dont have to pay anything to access the free game of the day. However should you format your computer, your free privilege for that game is gone.

Sorry to hear that you aren't happy with this combination. You actually do not have to be a member to take advantage of the free game of the day. And you absolutely shouldn't have to re-download your game every time you want to play it. It sounds like you may be experiencing some technical difficulties. That is not a normal experience. I would highly urge you to submit a support ticket and let them get it fixed for you. I hope that you can get this all straightened out and your experience is once again a positive one!

If you go to your desktop hit start all programs under games you should see all your real games and play them. I had started to download a game till I thought what the? I shouldn't have to do this

You are not alone. I'm searching now for other obtions for game playing. I've loved Real Arcade for years. Now with every "improvement" it causes more aggravation. As to the suggestions to allow them to "fix" the problems. Make sure you have a least a couple of hours to spare and have the patience to speak to at least 2 to 3 different people. Not to mention allowing them to "access" your computer from god knows where. Good Luck. It would be perfect if Real Arcade gave us the obtion to just stay the way we were without having to go thru gamehouse. But as in all businesses I really don't think the customers matter anymore. I used to believe that Real Arcade valued us. Once again I never had a problem with Real Arcade. I miss them. When I find a better option I'll post it to you. Do the same for me.

This whole business is a mess. I have been with real arcade for years and spent more money than I probably should have with them. They were always easy to use, not confusing and I never had any problems. I was initially excited about the merger and the fact that I would get an extra game a month. Now everytime I log on I am frustrated and it just gets worse not better. I would happily go back to 1 game a month and have the old real arcade back. I am waiting for my next game credits to appear and I am out of here. I would prefer no games than the service I have encountered here so far.

i am not happy with the merge because games i purchased from real arcade are not available to me now . 12 to be exact some of which i played all the time
