I haven't had to do this many times, but when I have, it wasn't a problems as long as I used the email address associated to my account. In fact, it might have been since the RA days that I've had to reset a password, in which case I guess what I'm saying probably isn't helpful because it may not pertain to GH. Short answer is no, I have have trouble.

I had a heck of a time trying to get in here in the beginning... I couldn't reset my password, so had to set up a different account with a different email address to even post, and use my other one to purchase games. Why not just use your other account, pepper?

Hi, pepper... a system tools package will usually clean your hard drive, defrag it, clean your registry if you allow it to... basically a utilities program, and I agree there's a lot of good free ones out there so why pay for one. If your Internet service offers one for free it's probably good... I use Glary, CCleaner, and Advanced SystemCare (recommended by a Microsoft dude during a Live Chat fix)... all free versions. Funny how it messed up your password to your other name!

Good evening.
I have tried Ccleaner but am not sure how to use it.
I was able to sign into the account I normal use and have decided to drop it.
I ggogled the name and found many using it.
I have decided to use one for my fun ticket account.
