Thank you for letting us know. a lot of us were wondering about him. Ouch! That poor little guy. What are they taking out? a piece of the cartledge? Really, that is a simple outpatient surgery these days. How long will he be incapacitated this summer? the worstpart of an MRI is the machine is so darn noisy. Other than that it's a piece of cake.
Lynne, how young is the kid? I can understand his being scared if he's a toddler. If he is ambulatory, I suspect any procedure done to the knee will be of the scope variety and he probably will not even do an overnight at a hospital. Kids are so resilient, he'll be back to normal in no time.
