Where can I get my free game that I get every month. I suppose to be able to get it today?

where do I get my one free game that I pay for as a member? I have been with RealArcade since 2001. I have been paying for a gamepass and got 1 free full version game per month. It is time for it now and it won't let me get it. There isn't anything that you can click for the free game download for the full version you have to pay $6.99

There should be a radio button that gives you the option of using a credit. Do you have to belong to both sites to get 2 credits per month? I know they are all one site now but I think you can still join either. I may be wrong about that, tho.

From the e-mail I got the other day, you only get the 2 free games if you're a member of both Gamehouse and Real Arcade..........And I actually completely forgot I was a member of Real Arcade until all this merging happened LOL So I don't even know how their credit system works LOL I signed up during the purchase of another product...One of those "Choose a membership here and get this item for free!" kinds of things....Now I can't even remember what the original purchase was..oh boy...

Hi all...just thought I'd pop in real quick and clarify about the two credits issue. In order to be eligible for the two credits per month you had to have been a member of RealArcade who moved over in this process.

Kumalouise it sounds like you should definitely have been eligible. I know there is a known issue surrounding the distribution of the game credits that is currently being ironed out. I would check the radio button like was suggested and if that doesn't work then I would submit a ticket on our support form. Whatever the reason for it not appearing, it is definitely something that our support team can take care of for you.

That doesn't really clarify. It sounds like you're saying if you were a member of RA who was brought over here you are going to get 2 credits per month. I think that is only true if you were already a member of Gh also. And I believe you have to maintain both memberships, correct? Do you have a roll-over policy on your credits or do you have to use them within 60 days or lose them?

That is not true. I have a free gamehouse e-mail address (where I got free games only from gamehouse) but they never had my credit information. My realarcade membership was from a different e-mail address and had nothing to do with gamehouse till this move. I get 2 funtickets a month. Please understand this does not work like gamepass on realarcade did. Real billed my account on the 14th and the 15th I had a credit. It doesn't work like that anymore. I waited six days from the 14th till I got my credits for the month.
