The insanity of playing games you can't beat ~~~

Games like Bejeweled 3 for a newer one, and older ones Shape Shifter and Spring, Sprang, Sprung--- There doesn't seem to be a way to beat them, only to beat your own score (Bejeweled 3) or get an occasional level higher in the other two.

It's one thing to spend way too much time on games like TM where you get somewhere and eventually finish, go for gold, etc. But to spend all the time I do on a stupid game like Bejeweled 3 (Diamond Mine) and not win and by now, seldom even beat my own high score---well, I must be nuts. Or addicted. Need a snort of Spring, Sprang Sprung??? And I went to good schools.

I have been playing Luxor 2 and have played one level 400 time. I just don't know how to get through it.
There is one other one that I gave up on and that is Temple of Tangram. I am just not fast enough.

Oh My NO WAY! Sure not for me,I'm a 'cheater' from way back to getting the Game Genie for the Nintendo 8-bit system,then also for the Super NES.

I refuse to stay 'stuck' on any game! With computer games it became game-cheat codes,even for the original SIMS game I used them all and downloaded players hacked items,as well,LOL!

So I don't play games where you can't 'skip' the puzzles or any without a timer,or 'relaxed' mode,LOL! I am too easily discouraged

Now there ya go, Janelle... sometimes I think I'm nuts for "staying STUCK" when there is that help out there. But I, like many others, refuse to use the hints or codes and the like. So THAT'S why I'm STILL trying to get through the very first Jewel Quest! lol. Seems subsequent ones were easier. And yep, pepper, Luxor is another one I can only get to a certain point on, but I do keep playing it "just in case." What is WRONG with us???!!!!

I too love cheats. I love to post them for granny.
Luxor 2 is a shootin type game and you have to shoot the ballls out to get through the level.

847,000 gems matched in Bejeweled 3 Diamond Mine. And at some point I'll get a new excavator name for all of these efforts. Well, might as well go for a million.

Total Bejeweled 3 time played so far 80.5 hours. They shouldn't keep track of those kinds of things.

Bejeweled 3 Diamond Mine update -- so I finally decided enough of this insanity and yesterday uninstalled the game. By midnight last night I had re-installed it !!! I'm on level 37 with no end in sight. Haven't reached a million matches yet. Maybe THAT will be my stopping point. There's more to life than games . . . although sometimes it doesn't seem so.

Furthermore, I got speakers for my laptop because I decided to get rid of the stereo, so now the big kabooms in Bejeweled 3 are super-sized kabooms. But, much of the time when I'm delighting in listening to the sounds of destruction, nothing is happening. There I sit with 20 or 40 or 160 or 280 points, when I'm trying to beat my best of 400.

Well, that's all the talking to myself I'll do for today.

Jewel Quest 3..Stuck Africa hidden quest. Have to get all the monkeys in cage and not let them drop. I've done that but guess when 3 delete themselves this counts against the quest??? Driving me nuts. Need a cheat LOL
