Has anyone ever had a fast response for support?

From memory, I've only had to contact support once. It didn't take very long for them to contact me back. Maybe a day? As soon as I made contact I had an email verifying they had received my email and they would get back to me as soon as they could.

I had a problem last month. I contacted Support via their web form, and in a few hours (5 to 6 i think) I got an email response. I replied, and we exchanged several emails back and forth to pinpoint the problem. After the 4th email exchange, the CS rep told me to download the installer again, because they had just fixed it. And voila, my game worked. The whole process was over in less than 24 hours.

But here's a tip -- it's important to be very specific in describing your problem. Take screenshots if possible, as the web form allows you to send pictures. Providing them all the little details will help (computer setup, OS, build, virus checker, modem speed, specific error and circumstances etc), and you'll get a reply and hopefully, solution, much faster.

No problems, pretty quick response, a few hours. I agree with pistachio though, I think it helps if they know all the system info. It seemed like they used that in helping fix my problem.

We work very hard to provide responses to any and all customer service requests within no more than 24 hours. Dragonflys -- are you waiting on a response from someone? Or do you have an unresolved issue?

I've only had to contact support a few times and I always got a quick response back and they were very helpful. I did'nt have to wait no longer than 24 hours if that long.

When I did from email-I'd get a msg that they received my question and usually a response in 24 hrs,the longest was 2 n half days) except wknds. However though-EVERYTIME They'd ask me a question in which I had already gave them an answer for- like"which Windows system r u on?" I already had told them that at least once.
Then I got an email that said they were sorry and they confirmed my name and email address(where I'd just received that email) with SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME & EMAIL ADDRESS!!
Then I got upset--after about a week n a half, they gave me a number to call(in the USA) n after an hour on phone, still couldn't get the game I bought to play.

I have had an issue for over 10 months. I cannot purchase any games as an error keeps occuring when I go to checkout. I have tried several times to resolve it with the help of support but to no avail. The issue seems to be with my account and I've requested that they delete it so I can create another but Gamehouse doesn't seem to want my money. I have had no problems until the new site arrived.

Hi Erik,

Thanks for your offer. I keep getting 'We're sorry, but we could not find the game you're looking for. Click here to go back to the site.' when I continue to checkout before CC verification. I am purchasing about 10 games. I have tried to purchase them one by one, clearing the cache, using several different PCs and browsers but still no luck. Obviously its an issue with my account.

I quite enjoy gamehouse so it's very fustrating......any assistant would be appreciated.

Erik, I too am having the problem purchasing, getting the error message "we're sorry we were unable to find the game you are looking for (or something to that effect). I too have emptied my cart, started over, done everything but I keep getting that message. It happened before but seemed to clear itself after a day or so but this time it's been over a week. HELP!!! thanks Sandy
