I can however help you with errors, black screens, freeze-ups etc.
Since the forum does not implement a way to see a newly replied to post on the top, I have to manually sift through the recent messages I replied to which makes things troubling (thank god for tabbed browsers)

Best advice--ignore it. I for one am appreciative of finding someone to offer assistance. Just bear in mind that if you see a request for help from me I am not really computer literate and do not do technospeak. If you talk to me at about a third grade level about things computer I will not be insulted.
