Hello to all our GameHouse members…this is an announcement of scheduled website maintenance that will affect some parts of the GameHouse site for up to ten hours on Tuesday night, November 17, 2009.
This site maintenance is scheduled to begin at 11:00 PM Pacific Time on November 17th and is expected to take 7-10 hours to complete. During this time:
GameHouse customers will be able to access GameHouse.com, download trial games and play online games.
GameHouse customers will not be able to purchase games, transfer their accounts from Real Arcade to GameHouse, register purchased games, write reviews, log into forums or view/modify their accounts.
To recap: The GameHouse site maintenance is planned to start at 11:00 PM Pacific Time on November 17th. The outage is expected to take 7-10 hours maximum, so we expect that all features of the GameHouse site will be fully operational again by 9:00 AM Pacific Time on Wednesday, November 18th.
