Note to GamePass subscribers:
At this time our system is unable to apply GamePass credits to purchase a Premium or Platinum Edition game. This is because the combined value of two GamePass credits is $9.99, and the subscriber cost for a Premium or Platinum game is $13.99. (In comparison, FunTicket subscribers pay $13.98 for two FunTickets.) *Edit* Well, I originally posted to say Thank-you, but then I read on and found out it doesn't apply to Gamepass members' Funtickets, guess what membership I have.. Still I'm glad for Funticket members, at least it's a step in the right direction.

Why I can't use 4 of my Gamepass credits instead of 2, if that's the problem, I don't know, I wouldn't mind that. Mine often expire before I get to use them anyway, so I have no objection to blowing 4 on a Premium/Platinum ed. As far as I'm concerned, I've paid for them, I should be able to use them how I want, you just tell me how many and then it's up to me whether I think it's worth it or not.

Glad I didn't get to excited at this for I'm a game pass member to. I'd gladly use 3 tickets IF there was a game I wanted bad enough.Question does a person get any refund if they cancel out their yearly subscription early?

This is ridiculous, just spoke with someone thru chat and was told because I am a "migrant" his words from real arcade I cannot use my fun tickets for premium games. Under the buy now it says membership for $13.99 OR 2 fun tickets. Doesn't say migrant real arcade users excluded. Fun tickets is what I have and should be able to use them. A fun ticket is a fun ticket....very very misleading and was very disappointed I couldn't get game. Also, why are there so many platinum and premium games all of a sudden. I love HO games and standard ones are not coming out, just platinum and premium ones. Sorry, but I'm very disappointed at how gamehouse is discriminating migrant real arcade players which was quite a long time ago. Have you not accepted us?

I'm getting really close to just canceling my membership, since almost everything new requires 2 fun tickets and it makes my GamePass credits essentially worthless. I'd rather find a different game sight than be blackmailed into upgrading my membership like this.

You and FIGrandma are soooo right. I am an old RealArcade migrant and all I have been having is trouble with the confusing purchase plan. Also whats with points credits tokens tickets and coins? All these classifications seem to be a way for them to just make you give up and shut up. So its either deal with it or leave , their customer service people do not seem to have a clue what I try to tell them. They just repeat the same "company line" over and over even when it makes no sense and has nothing to do with what I am trying to say. Its like I ask them a question....they change the question and then answer their question.
