Don't know how I did it, but I got a head-start w/ decorations this year. Usually we put it off until it's almost time to take them down! Har. Exhausting that way. But have the tree up with the lights on at least, garland on the wooden hand rails w/ lights, and wreaths on the door. Still have to bring up some more stuff from the basement for finishing touches. Oh, yeah... I've gotta get my silly lit snowman outside (love that thing) and we also put a reindeer out (one of those frame-type ones with white lights) and we put a red bulb on his nose. It's Rudolf, ya know. I'm sure your place looks nice, Whisperer!

Juuuuust about, squirrely... are you getting a Real Live tree? Gosh... I love those. We gave up one year after the cats climbed it and drank the water... and then the big needle mess... so we decided to get an artificial tree (looks really real and beautiful!) and guess what... it's still a hassle to put up, and we still have a needle mess! An artificial needle mess, lol! So enjoy your real tree, if that's what you're getting.
