Hi thanks for the help but unfortunately, I don't understand what you're saying. I've been to "My GameHouse" and clicked on my profile. I don't see anything that says 'credits'. I don't even see anything that is constructed of sentences. I should have at least 1 credit, considering the advertisement of this big change was we get 2 free game credits and I had 1 unused under RealArcade. I'm lost. Anything else you can give me as a clue, would really be appreciated.

Yes but I think to get two credits the unadvertised fact is you have to maintain both memberships. It will cost a total of 26.98 per month but hey-you get 2 games. And I think you have 60 days to use the credits instead of 30. The only thing for me is, with all the games I already own, I really don't need 2 new games every month. If they instituted a policy that you could hold your credits indefinitely I might consider it. Right now I think I 'm going to cancel GH cause it's the more expensive of the two.

Hello 'slp1227' ...

I wonder if this isn't just a billing date timing issue. I suggest that you call Customer Support at 1-866-733-1228 for help. They can look into your membership account details and answer your questions about billing dates and game credits that have been posted and redeemed.

Thank you for playing at GameHouse!

Hello 'llstjohn' ...

If you are a GamePass member coming to GameHouse from RealArcade your GamePass membership will be transferred to GameHouse at the same monthly membership price you have been paying for GamePass.

If you maintain your active GamePass membership at GameHouse you will earn an additional free game credit each month. Thus you will earn two free game credits (posted to your account as "FunTickets") each month for an active GamePass membership at GameHouse.

You do not need to maintain any other membership; an active GamePass membership at GameHouse is all you need to earn two free game credits (posted as "FunTickets") each month.

Hope that helps you to enjoy playing at GameHouse even more! Thank you for your business and your support.

Bill

I hate to appear really dense about this but...If this statement is true, the only membership I need to maintain is GamePass, correct? Will you have it eventually so that that is the only one I can purchase because right now, I have GP and FP (Maybe FT, not sure. This is making me dizzy) I got a free game when I joined RA but not when I joined GH. Why is that?

Hi there llstjohn
What they're referring to there is the tab at the top of the page that says "My GameHouse". Click there, then you'll be taken to another page. That page will have another header right below the row that had "My GameHouse" on it. You'll see a link on the very left of this that says "My Games", then next to that "My Profile"
Hope that helps

I don't think Gamehouse gives you free trials like Realarcade used to. That is why you don't get a free trial. It is not like Real is new to us. They are just on a different site.
