I never had any problems with real arcade, now since the change over it's become a major pain just to play a game. What genuis came up with this idea? Now I have games that I bought and can't play. Call that help line and spend an hour on phone, 3 people talk to me and still can't access one of my favorite games. Any one out there have a line on a better networ? Gamehouse is becoming more trouble than it's worth. I love computer games but now get more aggravated every time I log in and there is a new "improvement" that causes me trouble. To access games now I have to create a shortcut on my computer or have to redownload everytime I log in.

I agree a lot seem to be having trouble. But it doesn't seem to be affecting my gameplaying, as I've ALWAYS played my games from a desktop shortcut. Sooo much less of a hassle than signing in to a site and looking up your games. Put your game shortcuts on your desktop, and if you get too many, categorize them into larger folders. I.e., Dash Games, HOGs, etc. Try it, and I think you'll like it!

Gamehouse has been having sleepovers in their office it seems like to work around the clock to solve these problems. I have to hand it to them, theres other companies that resume this kind of work in the morning. Most game studios have showers installed in their facilities for overnighter sessions....... So keeping clean between days where you cant make it home is no issue,.

I have to agree. It is become a pain to play a favorite game and one that was working just find before the merger. What is bad is super mahjong is a gamehouse game that I got while I was with real arcade. Now no matter what I do it and four others will not go to full screen. I just got an email from support and they were no help at all. I have a fun ticket that I am having second thoughts about.

I agree 100%, but I did have problems with RA too when they did their switch back in 2007! I haven't been a GamePass member since 2006, that's when I jumped ship for Big Fish and I am very happy I did!!!!!
