Any plans for the weekend?

Just curious if you folks do any thing special or not. Please tell us cause it is hardly alive in here. I wish poppa could make us all one of his turkey burgers. My daughter turned 25 on the 30 of june anyway I had a weinie roast with a few people over. I made cold tuna salad.I put it out to eat and realized I forgot to put the tuna in. I'll be lighting off a few fireworks. Live in the country so we can get away with it. Happy 4th Everyone!

And how, it sure is dead in here. Probably due to the holiday weekend and a lot of people are on vacation as well. My plans include being on my boat tomorrow and on Monday. As for Sunday, we'll be on brother in law's boat. As long as the beer and the margaritas are ice cold, I don't need anything more than that. Just got back from a local seafood restaurant and one of the patrons was Sam Waterston, the actor who portrays Jack McCoy on Law and Order TV show. There are a lots of celebs who summer in these parts ( southeastern MA> )
HAve a nice 4th everyone and do drop a line here too.

Hello guys, well, we're not doing much. it's just the two of us so we're just going to throw some smoked sausage on the grill and hamburgers. Then we're going to just sit back and enjoy the fact that we're not on the road for once on thsi holiday. Later, we're going down the street to watch the fireworks only because hubby takes pics of it every year, {he's a photographer} to see if he can get that one marvelous picture every photographer craves. I usually just take a book and read while he's shooting. One year we took our two german shepherds and one of them was facinated and one of them went wild and freaked out. we never took them back. whatever you do, have a great one and a safe one friends.

Hi there ladies nope I'm not doing anything this weekend after those two disaster travel stories I wrote I think I'll stay away from the lakes and camping this weekend and the trains as well.lol. We will be staying here at the Pondarosa. We may cook out with the kids but nothing overly exciting so I will be here and I will post the stories as always if you are going to be around. I also live in the country Ydo so no fireworks here either if we want fireworks we have to go elsewhere like to the fairgrounds or somewhere like that and that is usually so crowded you can't really enjoy them. So I hope everyone will have a safe and happy July 4th if you all would like to get together here and gossip or do something silly let me know and we will all figure out a time to meet and do something if you want. Going up to our friend's lake house (yes LAKE... tho I feel pretty good about this one, but ya never know, G!)... there'll be about 12 of us staying at his house so it should be lively (and noisy). I'm not feelin' great myself, lynne... had planned to stay home (plus plans for a guest fell thru) but decided to rough it and get out there and enjoy. He has a boat, but I may spend some time reading on a lounge chair... sounds good ta me. I'm sure we'll see some fireworks... everyone have a safe one!

It's gonna rain here soon. I hope our big parade will be o.k. I'll let you know later. I'm usually sleeping by the time our town has fireworks.See I celebrate during the day, but you all probley know that about me already lol. Besides Miss Gs pics are good enough fireworks for me.Poppa did you get Sams autograph? Girl you know it will be fun. I watched the movie and it is AWESOME ! My daughter has fell in love with Reno she thinks he is so cute and he is. May I say your man was looking good as well and of course the gorgeous Vincent. Geez it should be law against making something look that good and not be real. Those guys are way to HOT

I figured you had. Man it is a great movie and it's so hard to believe it is a animated movie everything looks so real and life like. They did an awesome job on that movie. . They did an awesome job on that movie. I hope they will do another one with all of them in it that was really good. I hadn't taken it out of the blue ray since I got it. no more movies as of yet. and yes i have ff13 am almost done and had since day it came out. game is beautiful. buy her the stategy guide for it. you need it. not for getting throught the game persay but for all the tech stuff of the characters and weapons building. watch her play game is like watching a movie!

How long have you been playing the game because when she saw the 3 disc she said she had her work cut out for her and that this was one she didn't think she could finish in a day or two. since march 9th g. but i have taken it slow. it is on 3 discs mostly for the graphics which are amazing. cg movies take some space lol. most people have beaten game in about 45 to 60 hours.

She has started the game and it is gorgeous and she is having a ball with it. It is unreal at how gorgeous the graphics are on this game I was really stunned by the visual beauty of the game. It is a real vision to look at and you were right it is just like a movie. Hug's to you !
