If you were having unexpected "last minute" friends over for dinner today, what would you cook?'

I'd go Italian with my tried and true meatballs, sausages and spaghetti (hey, it always comes out great!) with a crisp green salad and some great Italian bread I can get right up the street. I can whip that up in a little over an hour.

homemade pizza. We have a restaurant in our area that sells pizza shells. I get a dozen for $18. They freeze really well with a piece of wax paper between each shell. Keep them in a pizza box. Thaw out in no time flat. Nice bottle of wine and some garlic bread and the guests think of moving in!!!

mooma I'll be over in about an hour or two...yeah right!

I love to do veggie stir fry with brown rice. only takes a few min's and it's good for you too.
