Well I just love the smell of coffee, even though I'm a tea drinker! (My Ma always joked that I can smell water boiling, as I always manage to walk in just as the kettle's boiling LOL!) Roast chicken is probably my favourite though. Garlic bread comes pretty close, or garlic-anything-else!
Cookies baking in the oven is a great aroma. But as a kid my mom baked bread a few times a week,12 loaves at a time (real big family). When she baked when we got off the bus after school she would have carmel rolls and ohhh the smell of that! If she had any leftover dough we sometimes made dough gobs.Flaten out dough, fry it and smear butter and sugar on it,yum
Oooow, these all sound so good...

Moo, mmmmmm...my fav part of the holidays is the smell of the house.
Y, you have got to be my closest..if they were cinnimon rolls I'd clean your house for one...well maybe wash the dishes...er, stack the dishwasher.
well Cinnimon is the smell that gets to me..I even have many candles all over the house to make it seem like I've been baking..lol
sporty, I do love the smell of fresh coffee I just can't drink it.
