Can't find the booze barrels in level 34

How on earth do you get the drink for the drunks? I'm stuck trying to get the dynamite! Thanks for any advice.

I'm also stuck on this level. Has anyone had any luck finding the drink barrells?

Just worked it out, you have to build 2 Estates and the architect will give you a barrel. So obvious!!!
