Game missing "Chapter 3" submarine

I checked the online walkthru and realized that Chapter 3 in the walkthru is missing in the game. Chapter 3 in the game goes right to the Cavern. In the walkthru Chapter 3 is the submarine HO and puzzle. Did anyone else have this happen?
The submarine chapter is part of the CE edition. The regular one just takes you to the tunnel opening. HTH!
