I have all the pieces but one to get out of the labrynth, and I have been through the labrynth about 30 time and cannot find the final piece...Help!

I have played this game over 30 times and can not get out of the labyrinth because the 6th stone is missing.
We should ask for money back and advise other users not to purchase this defective game. even this contact form on the official website for the game gives trouble.

I am stuck at the end with all the stones, but the cylindrical one will not go in and there does not seem to be anything to do. The only remaining things to use are the hankercheif (with 150

and the cylinder coated with lave- it won't wipe off or fit in the remaining hole. Help!

There is another room that I missed many times in the labyrinth. It is to the right of the entrance. You need to go all the way around & instead of going right to the end, go down into another room. There is a black skull above the door & that is what you need for the door.

I cannot get out of the labrynth. I have all to pieces on the door and only the hanky and the lava thing left. I click on the help and get KtaskRMazeR6R2nullTT ????? what does that mean?? how do I get the door open??? Heeellllllpppppp!!!!
