I am having trouble installing this game. The game will download but after it will not appear on my screen. I have had my computer checked by an expert and the conclusion was it is not my computer. The game after downloading is not accepting my signal or password. Has anyone had this problem? Any other game from gamehouse is fine but this one ( and this just recently happened) will not appear on my screen.
