I have been reading a forum thread on GZ about Gamehouse always messing up and it makes me angry. Why do they say that the customer support is terrible and the fun tickets is ,in so many words, a scam?

I have been a member for a few years now and this is really the first time I have had trouble with them. Mostly on the Build-A-lot series. Could be they are having tech difficulties and will solve the problems.
I've been a member of gamehouse for years and very agitated that I can't download a previous game to my laptop when I've informed them that I have my licensed information, the only thing that changed was my email.Even though I remember my old email address, I don't remember the old password. I've given them my old email address and they informed me that they located it and to try signing on with an email and password they provided and yet again not able to register my game.
I haven't had any problems myself. It sounds like the problems people are having are with specific games, not with the entire site. Customer support isn't terrible -- they're obviously motivated to keep customers, but there's nothing slimy about their tactics. If you have problems, they'll give you a free game or extend your membership for free --- just have to be persistent.
I'd recommend the FunPass over FunTickets, though -- it's never failed me, I don't have to deal with license issues, and I get to play any game on the site as long as I want, which is good because I'm ADD
