Tried Google Chrome & IE9 beta.
is this a browser issue ?
I had the same problem a couple of months ago - i contacted customer support who gave me a couple of suggestions and suggested it may be a browser problem (I normally use Firefox) I tried IE and Google Chrome, clearing all browsing history as they suggested but still had repeats of the same problem. They suggested that I updated my info by phone but that still would leave me with no control over my account online.

I have already tried (several times) with my firewall and anti-virus disabled with no luck. Strangely if I go through the motions of up grading my account they have the correct details listed! I just can't get access to the page to make any changes myself!
