When I click on this button, it takes me to another page saying"We're sorry, but we could not find the game you're looking for. Click here to go back to the site". What's the problem?
I'm having the same problem trying to signup for funpass. I sent in a trouble ticket but the person that responded to me didn't seem to know about the problem you are having. She just gave me a link to sign up for funpass that got the same error message. Any idea when it will be fixed?
After a very painful call with "customer service", as advised by the email response I received, I finally threw my hands up in the air and decided to just bite the bullet and purchase the game I wanted at full price. Lo and behold, during the purchase process, I was able to successfully complete signing up for the Fun Ticket membership - no free trial for me, apparently - and pay for that AND get the game I wanted for free.
Apparently, the site only works if you buy something - doesn't work for "free trial memberships" or for updating your account information - but at least you get the value of the membership immediately. Hopes this helps.
