Hi there Sunni, so sorry you can not locate some of your games. I for one, and I know of many others here received emails before the merge on how to contact support regarding this very subject. Have you sent in a report or called c/s yet? There is also information about RA members games on the home page that you can check out.
C/S has always worked with me to solve any problems that arise, even going as far as giving me a game credit. So if it's your games you're looking to recover, there is an answer out there.Hope this helps in some way.

I lost only one game in the realarcade/gamehouse move and I was compensated with three games. Two funtickets and a coupon for a free game. Before you receive anything you must ask them. I don't think Gamehouse has mind readers working for them.

I was happy that gamehouse didn't have that game. It wasn't a favorite game and I got three games in return.

ffwfire, if you only "lost" one game, then it's hard to put yourself in the place of those who lost many, and I think you'd be upset also. I'm glad all went well for you.

SunniGirl, did you call Customer Service? That's how people got reimbursed or offered games in exchange, right after the merger. I'm one of those who had a LOT of games that didn't transfer over to GH... over 40 of them. But I didn't ask to have them replaced, because I wanted those particular games, and they are still available to you if that's your case. Go to this link:
https://account.real.com/acct/login.html
(copy and paste in your browser) and sign in with your RA address and password. From there you'll see a list of all the games you purchased from RA, and the ability to redownload them. I made sure mine were downloaded before the merger, but I was able to use that link to redownload after I had a hard drive die on me. Try it, and I think you'll see your game are there.

It depends or not if I would be able to get credit. A lot of games I have I don't go back to. I just beat them once and that is it, because I have a lot. Not as many as some people, but still a lot.

It also depends how old the game was. I thought I lost many games here when they transferred us here and I wasn't too pleased. I only had 1 page showing as many others did too, but they got it all worked out. We will all eventually loose games someday unless you think we will all be sitting here 20 years from now with an operating system that will play the games we have now.

Sunny girl: I agree with you, too often we llow others to rip us off, thinking this is more hassel than it is worth, but i think far too many of us have been used, abused and taken for granted, time to take bback what is ours !

The topic of account migration from RealArcade to GameHouse, including membership subscriptions and purchased game entitlements, has been discussed and addressed in many forum threads. The advice offered above - to call GameHouse Customer Support and/or to visit the Real log-in page - is sound and should be followed. To recap:

You can call GameHouse Customer Support on 1-866-831-5895 (toll-free from the U.S.). Hours of operation for our phone line are:

6am -6pm Pacific Monday through Friday
7:30am - 5PM Pacific on Saturday and Sunday

You can also send an email to: support@gamehouse.com

The URL for the Real log-in page to check your RealArcade games is:

https://account.real.com/acct/login.html

This thread is locked as the topic of RealArcade-to-GameHouse migration has been addressed in numerous other Support Forum threads.
